Badminton Club FAQs
Will there be any tournaments/competitions?
Yes, we r planning to try set up a Christmas tournament, nothing is set in stone as of yet but do expect some in the future. (yes there will be prizes(and no, I dont think there will be participation awards))
Can beginners come?
Yes players of all skill levels are welcomed to join and participate in the trainings or just do their own thing, hit a shuttle around and have fun.
When r the trainings on?
Currently we have a slot on Wednesday from 5:30 - 7:00 booked, planning to book sometime on friday in the afternoon as well.
Can u bring your own racket?
Yh ofc! That would be recommended as the rackets u get from the club are in questionable condition but if you dont have one thats fine as well, 1 will be given if we have enough.

Our activities/projects should help you establish better perception of legislation (acts/S.I.) and solving legal issues.

It is independent society.
Must I be law-student to join Politics & Society?
Every ATU student is eligible to join Politics & Society.
How often will events be hosted?
Events will be held once a week if there are enough active members
What is Society & Politics?
A society composed of law and non-law students with the primary goal of updating Irish statutory laws for the common good.
Aqua Avengers Society FAQs
What other activities or events can one expect?
We have plans to conduct Aqua-fit sessions, and some fun water games as well. Aqua-fit is a great way to workout under the water and it effectively burns more calories without straining your muscles and joints.
Do I need to have prior Swimming Knowledge
No, its absolutely fine not to have any prior swimming experience. We will help you learn basic water skills like breathing and floating to begin with, make you comfortable with water and overcome your "water-fear". From there on, we will help to coach on some basic strokes and progress further.
